  Following a meeting of the local planning committee, this important site for 24 new dwellings in Baldock which BBR designed was unanimously granted planning consent by members. The news we were waiting for, and now construction work can plough ahead with a view to starting on site in the new year.

Completion of these 3 new-build properties which BBR obtained planning for in 2019 has finally completed after a difficult period building in the pandemic fallout. All three of these bespoke properties have successfully sold off-plan before a formal launch to market given the high local interest and unique street presence.

  After a successful planning committee meeting at Uttlesford in May, outline planning permission was awarded for 25 new dwellings in the village of Debden near Saffron Walden.
